Terms of Service

AdJuice provides tools to display advertising and measure performance. By creating an account or using the SDK you agree to these Terms.

• Comply with all applicable laws, network terms, and platform policies.
• No incentivized or misleading clicks; no forcing or auto‑refreshing ads.
• Place ads in a manner that does not obscure content or deceive users.
• Host and maintain accurate ads.txt/app-ads.txt entries.
• Obtain and respect consent where required (e.g., GDPR/CPRA).

We may rate‑limit, disable, or terminate accounts for suspected invalid activity, abuse, or policy violations. You agree to cooperate with our investigations.

Platform fee: Free 40% and Pro 20% of net revenue. Payout thresholds, timing, and methods (e.g., Stripe/USDC) are described in the Dashboard. You are responsible for taxes.

We process event logs (impressions/clicks) and limited device data for measurement and fraud prevention. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We grant a non‑exclusive, revocable license to integrate the SDK solely to display ads. Do not modify or reverse engineer the SDK.

Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
